Calendar

We are using the Nextcloud calendar here. So everyone who has an account in Nexcloud can use the calendar and may have shared calendars assigned.

General

• Using the invitation feature of the calendar helps a lot! Please use it!
• Also accept or decline events. Thats kind of business standard procedure.
• Its advised to use a local client to work with calendar! (Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Calendar, on mobile, ...)

Inviting people to an Event

• If you want to organise a meeting please invite people to an event in Nextcloud using the "more" button and then "attendies" tab.

FCHH OutOfOffice

• Purpose: Vacation or sick
• rights: read only
• shared with: Mitarbeitende, HSU, INTERFACER, Vorstand

• purpose: all public events like "Fab Friday", "FabCity House Kick-Off", ...
• rights: read only
• shared with: all

You can see different calendars in Nextcloud. All calenders are private and shared with specific users. Only the "FCHH Public" calendar has a public link.
